• The machine adopts computer direct drive without transmission loss and is equipped with electricity-saving motor of which energy consumption is 35% less then a traditional machine.
• Driven by pulse motor, height of lift-presser foot is set as 2-phase.
• Easy positioning of sewing greatly reduces set time.
• Moreover, the pedal reacts quickly, which can greatly reduce the noise for more comfortable work.
• In order to shorten the left thread, the machine adopts special movable knife and fixed knife installed near the feeding position.
• Length of the after-cutting thread is 2~2.5mm, no need for further thread-picking work.
• As for its intense rigidity the feeding device and take-up-lever device, the machine will not undergo bended or warped sewing even at high speed.
• As each pulse analyzes and transmits data with a resolution of 0.05mm, no matter it is slash or curve, machine can finish accurately and smoothly.
